on Employment Law and Employment Relations issues, Penny
has developed a high level of technical expertise and
an ability to quickly understand the heart of any issue,
providing decisive, efficient and customer focused advice.
This approach has also been successful in assisting
small and family owned businesses.
Penny also has significant experience
in conducting independent and neutral workplace investigations
into matters such as misconduct, bullying, work related
stress, and sexual harassment. She is particularly skilled
at impartially identifying the key facts of a situation
and preparing comprehensive written reports on her findings.
Penny founded Penny Shaw Employment
Law in 2009 to provide advice to businesses in her specialist
area of Employment Law.

Meg has been a member of Penny’s team since 2009,
